Main Responsibilities: Accounts Payable (35%), Reconciliations and Assist with Month End Close Process (25%), Affiliate & Client Relations (15%), Costing out Reservations (10%), Administrative Tasks (10%) and Collaboration with Leadership (5%).
Preferred Prior Experience:
2-4 years accounting experience
Accounting degree or combination of education and equivalent experience
Efficient in QuickBooks Accounting software
AR/AP experience
Intermediate Excel
Ability to analyze data
Ability to handle a variety of tasks, work at a quick pace, detail and people orientation
Effective and articulate communicator both in written and verbal use
Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and respond positively to pressure
Extremely effective at using technology
Must be a fast learner
