We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Rep to join our team! We are in a high growth mode, and need sales talent to gain market share and develop the revenue within our current Fortune 1,000 clients. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. As an Enterprise Sales Rep, you should work to satisfy customer's needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
Enterprise Sales Rep Job Duties:
Identifies market potential by qualifying new accounts.
Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making an initial presentation; understanding account requirements.
Follow-up calls/meetings with organizing demos of the solutions and start the financial discussion
Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications or courses.
Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and client feedback.
Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
Enterprise Sales Rep Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years in an Enterprise Selling Role
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Strong Negotiation Skills
Deadline and detail oriented
Presentation Skills
Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills
Highly motivated and able to develop sales territory
The position requires 30% travel.
Full time, based in our Deerfield Beach, FL office
The compensation plan is very aggressive with a base salary between $50,000 and $60,000 (Dependent upon experience) and a commission plan from 6% to 12% with no limit, plus additional 2% above plan.. Total compensation at 100% of plan targets is $125,000
