We are now looking for a dynamic & experienced Sales Advisor to join the team.
The Community Sales Advisor role is to provide expertise to the sales department in order to maximize the effectiveness in executing all aspects of sales and marketing in the community. The Community Sales Advisor is an active member of the management team and is shares responsibility for the combined performance of the sales team. The responsibilities include activities such as lead generation, securing deposits, hosting events, networking and moving residents into the community.
The Sales role is to establish contact and cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources in order to communicate the unique benefits of the retirement community and advance sales to move-in. This position is responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of sales and marketing for the community including the Five-Star Connection?s fundamentals ? daily sales meetings, discovery, tours, and creative follow up, as well as advertising, public relations, direct mail, special events, market research, and referral development. Sales will contribute to the success of the community?s achievement of year end budgeted census goals.
