Technical Project Manager Job Opening in Charlotte, North carolina - CircleHawk is recruiting for a Fulltime position with a great client in South Charlotte. This role is for a Technical Project Manager who will manage and coordinate all aspects of software implementation. They will coordinate with clients, internal technical and business teams. They will manage multiple projects concurrently.
Role Responsibility:
Manage Clients through all implementation phases (planning, configuration, data migration, onboarding, training, and post-launch support)
Coordinate multiple teams including project tasks, deliverables, documentation, and timelines.
Facilitate follow-up and action items for internal groups or resources and clients
Understand the various involved in the project and their interests
Manage communication requests
Document and Track all aspects of projects to include project plans, decisions, project reports, timelines, cost and budget tracking
Coordinate conference calls and meetings; taking meeting minutes
Troubleshoot customer problems coordinate solutions
Provide regular updates of progress and status of specific projects
Contribute to establishing and improving process, methodologies, and documentation.
Evaluate vendors and negotiate contracts
Document enhancement requests and client feedback to share with internal teams
Required Experience:
Bachelor?s degree
8+ years in the Software Development and delivery space
5+ years managing application integration and on premise application installations
5+ years as Project Manager running application development projects
Proven experience working with Developers, clients and business partners
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience working in an Agile environment bonus points for Scrum Master
