GM and House Manager Needed For New Store Opening Job Opening in Bowling Green, Kentucky - Halo Restaurants focuses on superior service and quality from scratch food ? only fresh, never frozen! We are opening a Local Taco in Bowling Green, KY, and are seeking a high energy General Manager and House Manager! These managers must have proven track records of success in providing leadership, developing staff, and effectively managing food and labor costs.
GM Candidates must have a minimum of three years of General Manager experience working with a varied clientele group. These management positions must function as a team to create a lucrative and thriving enterprise.
Responsibilities include:
Food and beverage purchasing with quality and cost control
Kitchen labor productivity and management
Staff/Management training & development
Customer and public relations
Cash and revenue controls including daily and weekly reporting on EBITDA
Accounting and administration
Adherence and execution of all company policies, standards, procedures
Competent understanding of all FOH and BOH daily responsibilities
Requirements:
