Territory Sales Specialist Job Opening in Birmingham, Alabama - Key Responsibilities:
Grow territory sales in accordance with projections as set forth by management
Identify and capture business opportunities with rehab companies and hospitals
Plan and manage an aggressive call schedule to dealer accounts and referral sources
Create and deliver effective sales presentations, product in-services and educational information for dealers, rehab hospitals and other referral sources
Build relationships with dealers/referral sources to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
Resolve customer concerns by investigating problems and developing solutions
Negotiate pricing and other terms/conditions resulting in mutually winning outcomes
Increase knowledge through publications, attending educational workshops, establishing networks and working towards or maintaining ATP credential
Maintain expense and sample budgets at or below targets
Monitor competition and relay any industry competitive intelligence regarding pricing, products, delivery, marketing techniques etc.
Log all call activity and communications in company CRM for effective account management
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business code of ethics
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing or Business related field preferred
2 - 4 years sales experience. Prior rehab/durable medical product experience preferred
OT, PT, ATP, RTS and other certifications a REAL PLUS
Excellent verbal/written communication skills and presentation skills
Positive, constructive individual with high degree of internal motivation
Effective relationship building and account management skills
Confident, decisive and strong problem solving abilities
Ability to persuade, influence and affect the outcomes of interpersonal interactions
Available to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand
Time and territory management experience, able to meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft office suite and high level of computer literacy
Able to travel up to 50% with valid driver?s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Compensation:
At plan $120,000
