Our firm is currently looking for Staff Accountant to join our Gainesville, FL team

This position is responsible for preforming basic accounting processes on a variety of engagements, including; audits, reviews and complications of financial statements for a variety of industries. Also responsible for preparing federal, state, county and local income tax returns for both businesses and individuals, under supervision of more experienced you possess great organizational skills, have the ability to work independently and set priorities, this is the position for you!
Desired Skills and Experience This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related discipline as well as 1-2 years of experience. CPA or current CPA candidate preferred.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who has a desire to expand their accounting knowledge. Additional qualifications and requirements include:
Self-driven, demonstrates initiative and able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to positively and proactively manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office-High level analytical and reasoning skills
