Staff Accountant Job Opening in Tampa, Florida - Growing property management firm is seeking an Accountant. Candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting and have 5+ years of accounting experience preferably real estate and/or property management will include but are not limited to: *Assisting Community Managers on all accounting, budgeting and reporting*Assist site personnel on vendor/invoice matters*Provide full scale accounting support for the property management team and function as a key member of the team*Oversee Accounts Receivable process*Assisting Controller with year end process*Challenge and understand financial information so that issues are resolved and financial results are properly recorded and presented*Provide reporting as needed for quarterly review and audits as directed by Controller*Reconciling bank accounts*Experience with Entrata a plus*"Can-do" attitude and great attention to detail*Build positive working relationships with employees at all levels within the organizationPlease email resumes to apply.
