M&A ADVISOR POSITION :
At Ashely-Kincaid, we are looking for top Sales Executives who are experienced telephone sales experience. This individual should be driven, not take no for an answer who can leverage off of our direct contacts to oversee M&A deals. This individual will be directly working with Buyers and Sellers looking to acquire/sell their accounting firms in the region. In addition, this individual will be overseeing both on the buy and sell side of the transaction. Daily functions will include the following:
Cold calling Ashley-Kincaid's contact lists
Building relationships with prospective clients
Completing all required listing and disposal Agreements
Overseeing the M&A process (e.g. representing Buyer/Seller)
Locating additional Buyers and Sellers
Facilitating the merger and/or acquisition transaction until close of escrow
Organizing, planning, scheduling & maintaining files and records
Coordination with applicable Buyers & Sellers on lead generation as directed by upper management

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills ? friendly & professional
Public accounting experience a plus
Minimum 5 years of business experience
Minimum of 3 years of business development experience
Minimum of 3 years of telephone sales experience
Must be self-motivated, a self-starter and have a positive attitude
Ability set priorities, and operate in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Organizational skills; detail oriented; punctual; ability to multi-task
Ability to maintain confidential information
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a variety of different individuals both inside and outside of the company
COMPENSATION :
Commission based (50% of the total consulting fee earned)
Ashley-Kincaid's consulting fee is 12.0% or $20,000, whichever is greater on the transacted value. For example, for a typical accounting firm list price of $600,000, a $72,000 consulting fee would be earned and the Independent Contractor would receive $36,000 just for that transaction!
OTHER:
This individual will be an Independent Contractor with Ashley-Kincaid. Training will be provided, in addition to all administrative support, including contact lists, national marketing, legal paperwork, etc, all without additional costs. This position is strictly commission based and only for those who are eager enough to maintain discipline to make calls from our contact lists and facilitate the M&A deal.
