Description:
Present themselves well to guests with excellent verbal communication skills while standing and walking for long periods of time
Assisting with secondary online check-in and ensuring the guest welcome area is kept neat and inviting
Greeting guests with warmth and aloha into our sales gallery
Preparing for check-in by prepping & restocking card & lanyards, charging, prepping and keeping daily inventory of iPads, resetting seating areas for guests by clearing dishes, fluffing cushions, wiping tables, etc.
Assist customers with general information inquiries
Offer the adult female guests a flower for their hair explaining the Hawaiian symbolism of wahine wearing the flower
Assist with checking in children into our keiki room along with other miscellaneous tasks between tour waves to help ensure our check-in area remains presentable
Requirements:
1 year of proven customer service experience
Candidates must have a strong sense of Aloha and a desire to share that with our guests
Be physically fit to stand and walk for long periods of time
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
Strong professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills
Self motivated and goal oriented with excellent communication & verbal presentation skills with the ability to persuade others and overcome objections
Ability to multi-task and balance priorities
