GENERAL SUMMARY:
Serve as an ambassador of the brand by exhibiting passion for In4mation and our company's direction. Our team is known for providing exceptional customer service in a fun, casual environment. Sales Associates are expected to greet customers upon entering the store, assist them to the fullest and maintain store standards. Sales associates should be able to meet and/or exceed sales goals including and KPI goals as set forth by management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet and/or exceed monthly sales goals including KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
Learn brand and company knowledge; must stay relevant to current items in stock as well as up coming projects
Contribute to general maintenance tasks
Ability to efficiently handle all POS functions including opening/closing procedures, money handling, credit card processing, and reconciliation
General stock work: process shipments, restock, straighten areas in the front of house and back of house, etc.
Maintain positive, upbeat attitude with a willingness to learn
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 18
Previous retail experience of a minimum of 1 year is preferred but not required
Previous money handling / POS experience required
Ability to perform the duties and responsibilities mentioned above
Able to communicate via email and telephone with guests, coworkers and management in a professional manner
Able to stand / stay mobile for extended periods of time
Able to push, carry, and lift up to 40lbs
