Sales Associate Job Opening in Everett, Washington - A Dreamers Rods & Pickups N.W. sales associate is someone who is great at taking care of our customers needs, has a strong knowledge of the aftermarket restoration industry, and is able to provide technical support to customers trying to install the products we sell.
Duties and responsibilities:
The Sales Associate?s responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales associate at Dreamers, you are expected to stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store?s visual appearance in high standards.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
Process POS (point of sale) purchases
Handle returns of merchandise
Build productive trust relationships with customers
Suggest ways to improve sales and further the company along
Create online updates to merchandise and prices
Qualifications include:
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role
Demonstrated knowledge of the aftermarket restoration industry with a focus on Pre '72 Chevy & Ford vehicles
A vast knowledge of automotive parts and how they work
High level of mechanical aptitude
Familiarity with inventory procedures
Ability to learn new things in an ever changing industry
Computer skills (web design experience a bonus)
Work well with others in a team environment
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
