Veterinary Receptionist/Technician Job Opening in Weare, New hampshire - If you're a vet tech who's getting tired of wrestling animals or being on your knees, we have the job for you. Our receptionists require the medical and protocol knowledge to confidently answer client and caller questions independently.
Full-time experienced for busy 3-doctor AAHA hospital. Responsibilities include:
welcome incoming clients and their pets (by name)
answer client calls and schedule appointments
assist callers with basic pet questions
next-day client callbacks on all ill pets
work with medical team with appointment prep
check-out clients, ensuring home care or follow-up is clearly understood
other light office work
Three years minimum experience required in an animal care setting. Cornerstone experience a plus.
