DevOps Engineer Job Opening in Chicago, Illinois - We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to work on our client?s sites in multiple open positions throughout the country. You will provide direct DevOps engineering support for the build and release process for software applications.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for software development and delivery that emphasizes seamless communication and collaboration between product management, software development and operations professional
Troubleshooting application, middleware, and database performance bottlenecks.
Help to deploy, maintain, and tune our client?s database infrastructure.
Participate in security reviews and perform penetration testing against our platform and applications.
Work with stakeholders during all phases of the development lifecycle to identify problems, fix coding errors, and implement requested changes in a timely fashion
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of software development experience
Experienced in programming.
Bachelors in Computer Science or directly related field (e.g., Information Technology, Information Science, etc)
Must be a US citizen or a permanent resident.
