Manager - Home Health Aides Job Opening in Marlton, New jersey - The CHHA Manager is responsible for the oversight of the CHHA Department including the supervision and direction of CHHA Schedulers and CHHA?s. The Manager CHHA Department is responsible for hiring, orientation of new staff, annual performance evaluations and time off tracking, as well as payroll processing. Will ensure that policies and procedures are being followed by the CHHA Schedulers and Aides. Assure documentation of services provided is accurate and timely Act as a liaison between the CHHA?s and Clinical staff. Oversee staff education and professional development needs.
Bachelors Degree in Business Management or relevant field.
Three to Five years of prior supervisory experience in a Healthcare environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities
Proven leadership skills
Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft office and report writing
