Marketing Manager Job Opening in Fort Lee, New jersey - Consumer Health Marketing Manager
Position Description
Our organization is looking for an experienced and highly creative Marketing Manager who has strong leadership and analytical skills to develop and grow a disciplined and integrated marketing department within a consumer health environment. Nutritional Supplement experience would be ideal.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and execute strategic plans for US and future global market initiatives.
Develop trade marketing programs to help secure key Brick & Mortar and e-commerce customer support.
Enhance brand value through active participation in product development.
Set up and manage social media champions
Develop marketing presentations, POP material and on-line partnership initiatives with key customers.
Build and manage multiple marketing budgets.
Additional duties as assigned
Requirement
Proven working experience as a Consumer based Marketing Manager is required.
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field is highly preferred.
Familiar with all facets of the organization, including operations, sales, customer service as well as working with select brokers and key accounts.
The ability and experience to differentiate our product from the competition in Brick & Mortar and e-commerce environments.
A consumer-focused mind-set and understanding of modern digital advertising and branding strategies including: content marketing, social media and influencer marketing
Analytical skills to identify category trends and challenges to report performance of marketing campaigns.
Experience and familiarity with the latest technologies and methodologies in on-line marketing, e-commerce, social media marketing, etc.
Strong communication & writing skills and the ability to influence across groups effectively.
Able to excel in a start-up company with changing priorities and able to take a positive team approach to working with partners.
Must be flexible and attuned to shifting priorities and embrace a collaborative, inclusive approach to the work.
