Senior Requirements Analyst Job Opening in Washington, District of columbia - SPARKS Group is hiring for a Senior Requirements Analyst for a client in Baltimore, MD. This is a temp to permanent role with a conversion salary around $86K. You would be responsible for

Responsibilities:
Provide recommendations to improve system efficiencies
Improve processes
Liaison with customer
Respond to technical issues via the help desk
Similar duties as assigned
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in capturing, managing and analyzing requirements including conducting user interviews, and developing models and formal specifications
4+ years of experience analyzing, processing or adjudicating medical claims data
Extensive understanding of claims and healthcare vocabulary
Experience with large volume data mining tools
Strong analytical skills
Experience with release management tools such as SharePoint
Organized, team player with problem solving skills
Education: BA/BS degree required
