Job Details:
Collected and reviewed all patient insurance information needed to complete the benefit verification process in a fast-paced office environment. Verification process included electronic validation of pharmacy coverage and medical eligibility.
Qualifications:
Understanding of key payers including Medicaid, Medicare and private payors
Call Center experience
Healthcare experience
Strong attention to detail
Flexible to work any of the required shifts
