Client Support Specialist Job Opening in Sterling, Virginia - Client Support Specialist (Full-Time)
NAVEOSŪ, a rapidly growing, national provider of healthcare revenue enhancement services headquartered in Sterling, Virginia is in search of a new full-time Client Support Specialist role within our Operations Department. This position is located in the Sterling corporate office and will report to the Director of Operations Support. Seeking an individual with strong administrative, project management and skills who can work and prosper in a highly operational, data and policy driven environment that is dynamic, challenging, and symptomatic of a company in an aggressive growth stage will be in for the foreseeable future.
Position Summary
Responsible for supporting and assisting with all post-client deliverable processes and procedures. This position will interact directly with clients and federal government auditors to process requests in a timely and accurate manner. This role is responsible for issuing all company deliverables to clients, post-deliverable client follow up, fielding client questions, and addressing support requests from external auditors. The ability to adhere to and enforce the appropriate system of policies, internal controls, auditing standards, and procedures in order to maintain NAVEOSŪ? high level of quality is essential. This position will be expected to support and contribute to the development of the company?s strategic goals, objectives, and long term development projects. Must be able to handle a high-pressure environment that includes seamless multitasking, meeting deadlines and objectives, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to meet both internal and external deadlines.
Primary Functional Tasks
Performs crucial administrative functions to ensure assigned department operations flow smoothly.
Responds to and sends outstanding documents to clients/auditors for completion; proactively works with clients/auditors to ensure any missing documentation is received prior to deadlines.
Creates audit support packages by examining electronic data and finding supporting documentation to support client deliverables; supplies this documentation to clients/auditors as needed.
Creates client cost report reopening packages by working with the Director of Operations Support to ensure proper documentation is executed and delivered to auditors.
Responds to non-technical client requests for information regarding reopening and audit package status.
Maintains and consistently tracks all post-client deliverable activity within NAVEOS? system of record.
Able to communicate professionally in writing or on the phone to assist clients/auditors in resolving potential disputes.
Balances conflicting priorities to manage workflow; ensuring completion of essential projects; and meeting critical deadlines.

Ability to work well in an individual and team environment
Able to perform in a workflow driven environment, completing assigned workload in appropriate time frames
Detail oriented and highly organized
Prefer 4+ years of experience in an office environment, preferably auditing related
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Extremely professional demeanor with exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Salary Range:
$50K - $55K commensurate w/experience.
Employee must successfully pass our mandatory background screening, drug test, and HIPAA training course.
