Our insurance sales agents take inbound sales calls from highly interested potential policyholders. No cold calling!
Responsibilities:
Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
Resolve client inquiries and complaints
Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
Licensed in Property & Casualty Preferred
If not licensed, must obtain license upon hire
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Candidates will be required to pass a background check to be hired.
Spanish speaking a plus!
