Key Performance Indicators
Assure a minimum of 8 new self-generated maintenance customers per month with an annual goal of 96-110 customers per year.
Obtain a minimum 60% closer rate on reactive estimates with a yearly goal of 60%-70%.
Obtain a minimum of 65% maintenance contract closure rate on reactive leads with an annual goal of 65% - 75%.
Achieve a Net Promoter Score of 95%
Achieve a driving safety score of 90% or better.
Responsibilities
Point of sales with leads generated from the office.
Seeking and closing new business within a defined geographic sector
Build a strong referral program from your promoter customers
Upselling and cross selling additional services to new customer.
Signing up customers to our loyalty program.
Outside cold calling
Required of the Role:
Proven track-record (minimum 2-years) in outside sales
Proactive and fearless in generating new leads independently
Proven track-record of increasing revenue within existing client base
Superior social and communication skills with a strategic focus on the end goal
Four year college degree preferred, but not required
