Software Engineer / Senior Developer - Java Job Opening in Cincinnati, Ohio - Seeking for a senior software engineer to provide knowledge, mentorship, and, above all, outstanding Java design and development skills to our Cincinnati-based development team. Our team utilizes Java technologies and agile practices to design, develop, and release software for our key Treasury Management platform. Success in this role will involve not only expert-level Java expertise, but also utilizing our new DevOps toolsets, a thorough understanding Spring (including Batch and MVC), and experience both producing and consuming web-services API's. This position involves working the full stack of web application technologies, from back-end SQL databases up through front end HTML / JavaScript implementations. Agile team members are expected to be highly engaged with our business lines and customers during the entire development sprint, providing value from story definition and refinement through final system testing. This is one of the few positions that will allow you to truly test yourself in an enterprise-level, internally developed, locally staffed agile environment, and truly make a customer-facing impact on our product!
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 7 years experience with developing and implementing Java applications.
