Child Support Testing Manager Job Opening in Indianapolis, Indiana - We are seeking a Test Manager to be responsible for a project working with the State and software development contractor to plan and execute a successful user acceptance testing. This is for a bid for the State of Indiana and will be a full time opportunity for a person who must reside in Indianapolis, IN. The Testing Manager reports to the IT Director and is responsible for ensuring that testing is accomplished successfully.

The Testing Manager will:
-Manage testing resources.
-Provide oversight and technical expertise for the testing activities.
-Provide oversight for testing standards and best practices.
-Ensure that the solution meets all functional requirements through system testing.
-Lead UAT effort in coordination with the Functional Manager.
-Provide a complete and thorough review and approval of the project deliverable documents and milestones related to testing.
-Engage with team to ensure knowledge transfer for all applicable areas and staff.
Required Skills:
3+ years experience managing the testing for a Child Support testing team.
5+ years experience managing an IT testing team.
5+ years experience preparing, documenting, and executing test criteria test cases, test scripts and test plans for an AGILE project implementation.
