Job Opening in Narragansett, Rhode island - Narragansett Property Management oversees the management and upkeep of over 200 properties in the Narragansett and South County area. We are a fast pace, rapidly growing company that is seeking a new Repair and Maintenance Financial Operator to be able to start immediately. This is an entry level position with room to grow within the company. An interest in real estate is a must.
Job Responsibilities:
Schedule routine inspections at each property and notify occupants
Record notes taken from each inspection
Coordinate appropriate vendors to address the needs of each property
Collect and settle invoices from vendors
Collect and settle invoices from property owners
Organize weekly property cleanings during vacation rental season
Assist in collecting rent payments in a timely manner
Disperse rent payments in a timely manner
Compose daily bank deposits
Assist in bank reconciliations
Assist tenants, owners and vendors with any questions, concerns or inquiries
