Application Developer Job Opening in Columbus, Ohio - The National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT), located in Columbus, Ohio, is recruiting for a Full-Time Applications Developer. The NREMT is the nation?s EMS certification agency and credentials nearly 400,000 EMS professionals throughout the country. Essential Functions include (but not limited to):
Reviewing, analyzing, developing, and modifying applications systems
Assisting with technical designs of solutions
Recommends software upgrades to optimize operational efficiency
Collaborates with other developers to design and optimize code
Documents all programming tasks and procedures
Performs routine software maintenance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
Working knowledge in , Visual Studio 2013/2015, C#, MVC/Web Forms, Angular, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Entity Framework, LINQ, Windows Services, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, Bootstrap, SQL Server, T-SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), XML, Regular Expressions, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Azure, Internet Information Services (IIS), Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 administration
Excellent problem-solving skills, team player, and a quick learner.
