What You Will Be Doing
Software design, development, enhancement, debugging, and implementation and troubleshoots production problems related to software applications. Produce detailed implementations based upon high level specifications, expanding the specifications into detailed plans as you go. Research, build, test, and coordinate/assist in the installation of new application features and integrations. Address issues of systems integration, compatibility, performance, and platform standards. Collaborate with other developers on best practice, architectures, designs, work review, and development standards. Establish an environment of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning, a commitment to quality, welcomes and encourages collaboration, and fosters both intra- and inter-departmental dialogue and respect.
What You Need for this Position
At Least 2+ Years of experience and knowledge of professional java development
Proven experience in developing software for external client/consumer use
Desire and ability to learn new technologies and skills
Experience in small business/accounting software is a plus
