Inventory Accountant Job in Overland Park, KS Job Opening in Overland Park, Kansas - As a Billing Specialist your main duties will include:
Collaborating with Accounts Receivable and/or Cash Receipts Specialist to reconcile bill and payment application issues.
Auditing master file information to meet partner and client billing requirements
Performing a variety of duties to support the overall client billing function including processing pro forma and final bills
Investigating inquiries regarding client charges as requested by billing partners
Providing clear and concise reports to meet billing partner, secretary and staff requests
You are the perfect person for this role if you have:
At least two years of inventory and billing, and AP experience
Manufacturing or Distribution experience
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent additional billing experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail, meticulous
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
