Test Process Improvement Specialist Job Opening in Kansas City, Kansas - Key responsibilities :
Understand customers business & Gather inputs for process documentation
Document as?is Processes using gathered inputs
Process optimization ? Understand the challenges in the existing process and recommend changes aligned to the business objectives. Redefine the whole process if need be.
Build the process plan
Seek sign-off from stakeholders as per defined milestones
Facilitate, own and audit drive the process implementation
Suggest improvements and process solutions aligned with testing process standards like TMMI / TPI, for customer challenges
Build training pack for new process
Provide on the chosen process model to customers
Some key requirements may be
4- 8 years of work experience
With Testing work experience / background
Experience in Process documentation, as ? is process mapping and process optimization in CMMi / TMMi domain.
Exposure to process implementation
Training skills
Auditing/ SQA skills
Preferably participated as an Appraisal Team Member in process definitions / assessments
Excellent oral and written communication
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year
