Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeping Job Opening in Topeka, Kansas - Probasco & Associates, P.A., a private law firm in Topeka, has an immediate opening for an Administrative Experience in general office administration required and experience is preferred.
Job Duties:
Process daily accounting.
Process end of month accounting
Prepare and analyze extensive excel reports and the like.
Make appropriate notes in proper electronic database.
Answer multi-line telephone.
Keep detailed records of accounting.
Assist with other duties within the office when needed.
Retrieve and enter new cases.
Requirements:
Possess excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented.
Excellent math and analytical skills.
Outstanding communications skills: in person, over the telephone and via written word.
Must be self-motivated and professional with excellent time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
Ability to type 50+ WPM.
Must be 10-key proficient.
Regular attendance and exceptional punctuality.
Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Willing to learn and retain knowledge required to achieve your daily duties.
