CSR - Customer Service Representative Job Opening in Norcross, Georgia - Responsibilities:
Complete all duties in a timely manner to assure proper invoicing of accounts
Verify accuracy of computer-generated invoices
Receive orders, over the phone, via fax or e-mail and complete data entry of orders
Oversee all paperwork associated with orders & maintain correspondence files
Answers phone, operate office equipment/computers needed to perform duties
Support and answer routine inquiries from customers and sales staff in a timely manner
Lite duty order pick, pack and ship in a clean warehouse environment may be required occasionally.
Assist in creation of and maintaining of electronic reports
Perform work activities requiring math skills, reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, and speaking with others which builds trust and establishes working relationships
Complete assigned training as required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to be able to work the hours necessary to meet business demands
Attention to detail
Initiative and commitment to exceptional customer service
Excellent communication skills including maintaining customer relationships & anticipating customer needs
Ability to multitask and prioritize work
Experience in Long Term Care or Home Healthcare environment a plus
One to three years of Customer Service experience required
Must be a team player
Ability to interact positively & successfully with all levels of organization and customers
