We are hiring an experienced Sales Coach to work with our sales agents and turn them into sales superstars. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and impacts the overall effectiveness of the sales team.
Sales Coach Job Duties:
- Determines training needs by engaging with sales representatives on the floor, analyzing and
monitoring sales dashboards, and conferring with sales management and supervisors.
- Presents sales agent development plans to management.
- Implements group, one-on-one trainings, and floor-wide development initiatives.
- Improves sales agent effectiveness through continuous personal engagement and follow-up.
- Tracks long-term training effectiveness and reports agent development to management.
- Emphasizes a caring and supportive approach in the training process.
- Strives for continuous personal development by researching new techniques and approaches.
Background and Experience:
- Minimum 5 to 10 years sales experience in a call center.
- Minimum 5 years coaching outbound sales agents in a call center.
- Strong planning and project management skills.
- Expert-level communications abilities.
- An aptitude for inspiring, motivating and developing the very best qualities in an employee.

Compensation: Salary:
$60,000.00 - $70,000/year
