RAMROD REGIONAL SALES MANAGER Job Opening in Des Moines, Iowa - Manufacturer of innovative, leading edge, compact utility mini skid loader line () is seeking an aggressive, dynamic, growth-orientated Sales Leader to expand our market presence in the Mid US. The RAMROD Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri.
As the RAMROD Regional Sales Manager you are responsible for:
Sourcing, planning, and directing all activities related to establishing new equipment dealers;
Work to exceed market share targets;
Increase sales and dealer inventory turnover;
Source new accounts;
Formulate sales and promotional programs for new and existing accounts;
Ability to present products and promote benefits in person and over the phone.
As a RAMROD Regional Sales Manager you must have the following qualifications:
At least 5 years? experience in sales and dealer development in construction or lawn and garden;
A proven track record of high earnings selling construction and industrial equipment;
High energy, disciplined, results driven personality;
Ability to travel within the Sales Territory,
Good communication skills, organized, confident, professional, results orientated and the ability to work independently out of a home based office;
Current US Passport with the ability to travel to Canada.
Training and support assistance will be offered to ensure success. The company provides a salary incentive bonus and exciting challenge of relationship building with US equipment dealers.
