QA Technician Job Opening in jacksonville, Florida - QA Technician OPEN POSITION FOR QA TECHNICIAN!!! 1 year contract opportunity The QA Technician has the responsibility, authority and capable of process development, trouble shooting chronic failure modes and identifying priority tasks. Utilize statistical process control where applicable and provide technical support to the quality assurance group, R&D group and the manufacturing group with respect to maintaining an acceptable and reliable quality level. Review and modify quality system documents where appropriate monitor auditing of in line inspection process. Generate quality reports; perform incoming AQL inspections on all products. Identify and solve root causes of deficiencies, perform audits of manufaxturing operations performance regarding quality systems reports, initiate and track engineering change notices, working knowledge of inspection techniques to determine the most accurate method of comparing measurements of complex parts to blueprints and all other specifications. Verify dimensional criteria of all manufactured parts meet blueprint specifications and purchase order requirements. SKILLS: CAPABLE OF PROCESS DEVELOPMENT, IDENTIFICATION OF CRITICAL PARAMETERS, PRIORITY TASKS AND IMPLEMENTING STATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROLS. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE UNDERSTANDING OF GEOMETRIC DIMENSIONING AND TOLERANCING (GD&T) AND A BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF COORDINATE MEASURING MACHINE (CMM). jacksonville fl florida
