Pre Certification Coordinator Job Opening in North Bergen, New jersey - We are searching for a reliable and energetic Pre Certification Coordinator to perform the pre-certification duties required to keep our spinal orthopedic and pain management practice running efficiently. The Pre-Cert Coordinator will work directly with the healthcare practice staff to process all precerts.
Responsibilities Include:
Handle and process all follow ups, appeals, and denials.
Processing of all pre-certs.
Fax and/or call in all pre-cert request.
Check faxes for all authorizations and process accordingly.
Log daily referrals into the system
Qualifications:
Knowledge of medical terminology required
3+ years experience in orthopedic or pain management required
Bachelor's Degree a plus
