Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for progressing prospects through the sales pipeline, setting short and long-term sales strategies, and increasing the region?s sales volume. Prior sales experience is mandatory for all applicants. This position requires the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients, and create a book of business. All applicants must have a strong drive to succeed, a powerful work ethic, and strong computer skills. This is a full-time position located in Irvine, CA.

We are a small, tightly-knit team of passionate, driven individuals from a variety of different backgrounds and skill sets. Our primary client base is in the prefabricated housing sector; however, we routinely work with clients across a wide scope of industries, such as publishing, manufacturing, and retail products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Help business owners expand their web presence
Convert prospects into long-term clients
Provide exemplary customer management and consultative selling
Accomplish targeted performance objectives on a consistent basis
Manage entire sales process
Generating leads
Meeting or exceeding sales goals
Generate revenue according to set goals
Capable of selling the value and ROI behind our suite of products
Identify and build a pipeline of potential clients/customers, initiate and manage prospects through the sales pipeline and close opportunities
Monitor competition by gathering information on pricing, products, and new products
Seek out and target new customers, initiate an action plan to approach and secure new business
Qualifications and Education:
B.A or B.S preferred
Prior sales experience mandatory
Skills and Experience:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethic
Results-driven, integrity-based
Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive ?can-do? attitude over the phone and in person
Prior sales experience
Strong computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, and G suite
Thrive and flourish in a startup environment
Ongoing ability to manage a sales cycle, and track a prospect?s position within the cycle
Must have a pleasant, clear speaking voice
Must be able to work independently, and have exceptional time management skills
Compensation:
Base/commission + residuals
Fun, upbeat work environment with daily, weekly and monthly bonus competitions
Uncapped commission package
