Axion Health is looking for an exceptional Automation QA engineer to join our team!
We need an experienced and seasoned quality engineer who acts as a champion and advocate for software automation and development best practices. You must be experienced in test case design and integrating automation in our workflow. You have the demonstrated ability to work under pressure and strive to make an impact by enabling others to succeed.
Expectations:
Help design automated tests for scalability, testability, supportability, and maintainability
Ability to help setup an automation framework
Comfortable operating across many functional domains (frontend, backend, APIs, etc.)
Help us be more efficient using our current tools or help determine additional tools we may need
Familiar with agile methodologies and can apply your knowledge to current company processes
Integrate with JIRA to document all automation issues
Build solid relationships with stakeholders and business team members in related functions (Support, DevOps, Developers) and give feedback
Understand the product and software development process
Help identify technical risks and system issues
Participate in grooming and planning sessions as needed
Qualifications:
BS in Comp Science or relevant experience
General skill level of proficient and expert across a diverse set of automation technologies
5+ years of progressive experience in multiple teams
Ability to document and easily communicate ideas
Familiarity with Selenium and automated scripting architecture
Experience with JUNit or Jasmine a plus
Experience in the employee healthcare domain a big plus
