Office Manager for Mens Fashion Showroom, Monday-Saturday (Wed & Sunday off)
This role is a multi-faceted, fast paced job with an energetic and tight-knit small business team (10 people). You are not only involved in office and store operations, but with the Sales team as well. You ensure our Sales teams are prepared to focus on the client in everything we do. Your primary focus is daily operations, but with a growing organization, there are opportunities for career enhancement and exposure to many areas of the business, including digital marketing, new product and brand development, and visual merchandising.
Job Description
Supervise the overall daily operation of store including development and scheduling of employees to ensure an extraordinary customer experience, cost efficiency, and quality store operations. Maintain inventories at adequate levels and maintain the appearance of the store. Complete basic accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts and prices and conduct physical inventories. Actively contribute ideas and enhancements directly to business owner during this excited growth phases of the business.
Role and Responsibilities
Maintain daily operations (with assistant/s)
Enter client orders submitted by sales team
Run monthly reports
Special projects:
Assist in coordinating events
New product roll-outs & fabric offerings
Assist with vendor relations
Self and team skill development
Coordinate activities with Sales team
Required Skills
Self-starter, you will need to be able to quickly come up to speed on new concepts
Proficiency in MS Excel charts, macros, and formulas
Able to research topics online efficiently
Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles & sales reports
Detail focused for order entry Compensation
$40-45k annually plus bonus up to $5k
