MSI is looking for a skilled professional to fill our Key Account Sales Representative position in our Atlanta, GA location.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to do the following:
Accountable for the development and achievement of sales to key accounts. Making and closing sales.
Determining, vetting, and collaborating with key accounts to accomplish and advance sales budgets.
Determine the most crucial needs of these key customers and finding solutions to ensure that they obtain what they need to grow their business.
Develop in-depth ?business to business? sales relationships to secure new sales programs.
Create business proposals for new and existing accounts.
Deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts and pricing in accordance with overall sales strategy.
Act as a key interface between the customer, field sales teams, and relevant internal departments.
Assist in the development and implementation of key marketing and merchandising elements for this dealer base.
Meet and train field sales teams to perpetuate the strategies and fundamentals of growing our Non ? Slab Business.
Travels 50% nationally and/or internationally.
Perform other duties as required or as requested
Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and Experience requirements:
Previous experience in key accounts, or national accounts strategic sales.
Exhibit confidence and foresight in soliciting new business and growing existing accounts.
Proven track record in developing and enhancing customer relationships.
Excellent social skills such as sales, negotiation and presentation skills.
Exceptional planning and organizational skills highly motivated.
Personable, able to communicate clearly (both verbal and written), both with customers, as well as internal MSI departments.
Great listener, able to interpret relevant insight from various resources.
Strong competence of working effectively in complex multi-faceted settings.
Capable of working with multiple departments and influencing decisions towards a common goal.
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Knowledge of MSI?s product lines a huge plus.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor degree (B.A. / B.S.) or equivalent from a four ? Year College
Five (5) years of firsthand knowledge on sales, coupled with outstanding skills in maintaining complex and enduring customer relationships
