Full Time Sales Associate Job Opening in Americus, Georgia - Looking for fun, high energy, motivated candidates to join our Workout Anytime Team this Fall.
Seeking a Full Time Sales Manager responsible for generating memberships and supporting personal training department. Individual who can provide excellent customer service, and help with maintenance and cleanliness of the club.
Responsibilities:
Attract and retain members by consistently providing excellent customer service.
Oversee the clubs New Membership growth.
Hold each sales team member accountable on executing their job description daily.
Design and implement membership growth strategy with the General Manager.
Execute the sales path with excellence by coaching, training, and leading by example in all areas of leadership.
Create sales leads through master prospecting, networking, handing out marketing materials and member referrals by asking new members and current members.
Make sure every member receives a Success Session.
Hourly walk-through to assure club is clean
Plan events, such as member appreciation parties, end of month close outs etc with the General Manager
Set up outside events with the General Manager to create awareness in the community monthly
Prospecting:
1-2 hours outside the club daily
Generate 5 new Appointments daily
150 pieces of print work out daily
Collect 30 or more Referrals daily
Member Service:
Exceed customer expectations and maintain a positive, friendly, team oriented attitude every day!
Cleaning of Facilities:
Must clean and delegate cleaning schedules to other staff members to assure club is clean at all times.
Education:
4 year Degree is preferred not required.
Previous Sales Experience preferred.
