Expectations:
Solid hands-on experience developing web-based, distributed, or client-server applications using all or almost all of the following technologies: object-oriented analysis and design, (C#, , Entity framework, MVC, LINQ, WinForms), SQL Server, XML, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, MVC design patterns.
Proficient in enterprise architecture, service oriented architecture, and/or internet security.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Must work well in team environment.
Strong verbal and written communications skills. Capable of working directly with business clients and documenting requirements.
Proficient problem solving skills
Computer science/engineering degree preferred.
Application development using 4.6/C# with Visual Studio 2013/2015, IIS, and SQL Server 2014.
Comfortable sharing failures, as well as successes
Must have excellent organizational and communication skills
Be a creative thinker, confident and able to express complex ideas in an articulate, concise manner
Looks for what we can change now as a team, as opposed to what the books tell us should be in place
Demonstrated partnership with team members, and desires to see the TEAM succeed
Must be able to work directly for Entech on a W2 basis
