Patient Services Representative Job Opening in Franklin, Tennessee - Are you looking to make a difference with your career? Our Patient Services Representative supports our patients' health by coordinating appointments and referrals to specialists, answering questions and ensuring high quality experiences with our clinics in our central service center. This is a telephonic position based in our Cool Springs corporate office.
We're a small organization helping physician's increase the quality of healthcare by providing superior customer service in each interaction with patients.
If you are enthusiastic, a quick learner and a hard worker this position may be for you. You'll need to effectively multitask, be detail oriented and great customer service skills. You'll be working with patients over the phone and a professional and friendly demeanor is required at all times.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing 40 words per minute is required.
Experience using electronic medical records (programs such as: ClinicalWorks (ECW) Software preferred.
Fluent Spanish speaking preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associates degree in business or related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of directly related work experience in patient registration, billing or collections in a hospital or physician office setting highly preferred.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
