Responsibilities of Product Manager
Coordinate all aspects of planning, design, development, building, training, implementation, communication, maintenance, prioritization, and evaluation and required new functionality related to the HealthLine?s Supply Chain Management System ? VisCIMS the Sequel.
Understands Includes all aspects of supply chain practices in the healthcare market.
This position works closely with the Vice President of Operations, implementation, and software design personnel taking direction and prioritizing based on input from the team and customers.
Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and benefits from the Systems.
Collaborate with other departments to identify features of the Systems vulnerabilities and close operational gaps.
Focus on cost management and business growth in all interactions and directives.
Requirements of Product Manager
Must live and office in the Knoxville, TN area.
Demonstrates skills and ability to work in a team approach with other HealthLine supply chain personnel is required.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Information Systems, Business Management, HealthCare Administration or related health care related field preferred Supply Chain or an equivalent amount of related experience and education obtained that demonstrated the necessary skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position.
Materials Healthcare background in Supply Chain is preferred but not required but must have an understanding of supply chain practices.
Healthcare Systems experience is required, and have a good understanding of cross application dynamics
Five years? of proven experience providing successful installations and product management of health care systems is required.
Demonstrated written and oral communications, educational skills, training classes, with the ability to present design concepts and system functions in an understandable, logical and concise manner.
Proven ability to coordinate and lead projects through completion.
Demonstrated abilities in analytics and project management skills to participate in multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Product Manager / Supply Chain Manager
Proven understanding of Windows Server
Proven understanding of Windows Server (required).
SQL Server Programming background, Core Competency (required).
C# and Framework experience (required).
