CareHarmony care coordinators will work cooperatively with the patient?s primary care physicians to help support their patients.
Position Details
This is a telephonic patient recruitment position with no face-to-face patient contact .
CareHarmony is seeking a Patient Engagement Specialist to recruit patients into our Chronic Care Management program.
Upon partnering with a physician practice, you will be responsible for contacting the potential patient pool, educating them on our care management services, and persuading them to enroll in our programs.
This position requires no cold calling. However, successful candidates will be goal-oriented and provide good examples of how they set challenging goals and how they strive to achieve personal success
You will work from our Brentwood, TN office.
Responsibilities
You will work from a list of identified potential patients, making outbound calls, educating potential patients on what our care program offers, and ultimately enroll the patient.
You will be responsible for establishing rapport with potential patients, educating the patient regarding the benefits of the program, overcoming objections to participation, and persuading the patient to enroll. You will have to tailor your messaging to each patient based on their demographics, unique health concerns, and insurance.
The ideal candidate:
will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to explain the program offered in an informational, influential, concise, and personable manner
will be articulate, warm, and clear with good etiquette when speaking on the phone
will possess good data entry skills with the ability to multi-task while conducting an empathetic, patient-focused telephone call
will have previous experience and success in a call-center with a high-volume, outbound phone call environment, placing a large number of calls and having meaningful conversations over the course of the day
must be undaunted and able to persevere through those instances when potential patients do not wish to pursue enrollment
will be creative in crafting messaging to patients to best showcase the benefits of the program
will be comfortable with working in different software platforms
will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
will work well with team members in meeting and exceeding goal expectations
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Basic Computer Literacy Skills
Prior sales experience strongly preferred (retail, direct)
Healthcare experience preferred
