Automotive Sales Consultant Job Opening in Grand Rapids, Michigan - Berger Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our award winning team. We offer competitive compensation with performance bonuses.
Primary Responsibilities of the Sales Consultant include:
Become a Chevrolet expert by gaining knowledge of industry trends and technology
Provide thorough test drives to highlight vehicle features to match client needs
Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls and emails
Follow up with existing customers to ensure an exceptional shopping experience and generate referral business
Develop customer awareness pertaining to the availability of quality dealer and product services such as the Parts Department, Service Department and Collision Repair Shop
Sales Consultant Skills Required:
Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience preferred, but we will train the right individuals
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")
Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
Valid U.S. Driver's license.
