Receptionist Job Opening in Hillsboro, Oregon - The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
phones in a pleasant and professional manner.
2. Inventory and order office supplies.
3. Assist with light accounting duties when needed.
4. Responsible for keeping front desk area presentable.
5. Assist with all administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications must include:
1. High School Diploma
2. At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist/office support role.
3. The ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
4. Be highly motivated and proactive as well as flexible.
5. Have excellent communication and phone skills.
6. Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
7. Possess ability to multi-task in a sometimes fast paced, deadline driven environment.
8. Good organizational and time management skills with good attention to detail.
9. Be able to life 25 pounds.
