Regional Field Sales Manager-Hospice Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - (Covers West Territory)
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor Degree in Business or related field, or other education with 2 years of related experience .
2. Minimum of 5 years of business development and sales experience managing employees within a large geographic area. Healthcare sales experience required; hospice, homecare, outpatient, and/or infusion preferred
3. Demonstrated leadership experience successfully driving quality, profitability and growth initiatives throughout an organization
4. Proven track record in driving sales tactics in challenging markets, training and supporting the sales team.
5. Proven track record in strategic company growth and development with P&L results driven success
6. Independent Entrepreneurial leadership talent.
7. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
REPORT TO: VP of Strategic Operations
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to the following):
1. The Sales Leader is the area leader responsible to assist in development, implementation, and successful execution of the corporate sales and marketing strategic plans.
2. Accountable for attainment of specific sales growth and profitability goals relative to advances in market share, demand generation, sales strategy, sales management, sales delivery, partnering and alliances, and profitability.
3. Responsible to design, build, and manage the area sales and service divisions inclusive of company contracting (GIP, Respite, Managed Care, VA, etc..) branding, media, and area customer service.
4. Accountable for building strategic market relationships, identify qualified branch Medical Directors, and provide area training in coordination with the clinical and operational divisions.
5. Responsible for planning and positioning of the hospices marketing, while running the day-to-day sales growth activities inclusive of internal and external customer service.
6. Required to travel throughout the area territory supporting sales team daily.
7. Required to maintain a small admit generating territory independent of the HCC?s demonstrating their skills and expertise to the sales team.
8. Special projects and other duties as assigned by organizational leadership.
9. Responsible for budgetary and sales expenditure compliance.
10. Accountable to working with other Regional and Corporate Leaders in a cohesive collaborative leadership style.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to read normal typewritten print. May be requested to work weekends, holidays and after hours. Must be able to drive up to 8 hours per day.
