Sales Representative Job Opening in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Who We Are:
We are a manufacture, providing one of the highest quality hair products, such as the human hair extensions for women. We are seeking a high Sales Representative looking for a career opportunity. As a full-time Sales Representative, you will be trained in all of our hair products and will be able to quickly deliver short presentations that will foster and enhance communication skills, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning.
The Opportunity:
A candidate for this position must be willing to conduct all aspects of the sales process in order to acquire new customers. Direct experience in the beauty industry is not necessary, but experience in a similar sales environment is helpful. You will need to be continuously maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company and actively prospecting for new accounts and maximizing sales potential with existing customers. This person must be self-motivated and have the desire to go above and beyond for our customers.
Requirements:
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Ability to identify new sales leads through cold calling and door to door appointment.
Motivated and results driven, with a strong drive to succeed and demonstrated tenacity in achieving sales goals
Positive worker with an ability to problem solve and handle pressure independently
The confidence to not get discouraged when you ?cold call? customers
Flexible weekly schedule (able to work on weekdays and weekends if necessary)

Base salary + performance-base, rapid commission opportunity
