Responsibilities:
- Create sales for new and existing customers
- Guide the customer through the purchasing decision, activation process, and educate the customer on their purchase
- Provide solutions to customer issues
- Maintain the visual appearance of your store
- Keep current and knowledgeable on the rapidly evolving wireless industry
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Most importantly, create an incredible and positive customer experience
Compensation:

Physical Demands:
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Moving from place to place within the store
- Stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling to obtain stock merchandise
- Lifting up to 25 pounds (or more in rare circumstances)
- Working a minimum of 45 hours a week
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual is a plus
- Outstanding people skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer operating skills
- Willing to learn phone and tablet operating systems
- Flexible schedule (mix of day, night, and weekend hours required)
- Successful completion of a criminal background check
