For more information, visit us on the web at JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are currently looking for an IT Specialist with a solid background in desktop and server management, helpdesk support and general corporate IT responsibilities. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of hands-on capability and experience working in a Windows based environment. Technical Skills: 2 years hands-on experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and relational database concepts 2 years application support of SharePoint and IIS web server systems Ability to document deployment plans, network configuration, and project workflows Ability to perform MS Office 2007 setups and troubleshooting Ability to install, upgrade and configure desktop computers running in a Windows XP/7 OS environment Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as Network Monitor, Performance Monitor, SQL Profiler Familiarity with Backup Exec backup software Familiarity with Microsoft virtualization solutions including Virtual PC and Hyper-V Firm understanding of basic network protocols, IP routing and DNS Ability to evaluate, test and document software and hardware changes and installations Ability to create and maintain Active Directory domain accounts Basic knowledge of HTML and XML Functional Skills: Bachelor?s degree or Associates Degree with equivalent experience MCSA or MCTS certification Self motivated and goal oriented Good time management skills Ability to prioritize work streams in a fast paced environment Excellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical users BENEFITS: ?
