POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for applying proven direct response and channel marketing techniques to integrated marketing campaigns. This position works closely with our sales organization along with internal and external creative teams to develop the most compelling and cost effective campaigns possible. The ideal candidate will have experience with email marketing, direct mail, database marketing, online display advertising, and will be a champion for fact-based decision making. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage Marketing Campaigns (65%): ? Own marketing campaigns from beginning to end, including concept development, coordinating creative, internal communications, working with external partners and organizing sales and operations resources. ? Devise and implement appropriate campaigns for direct mail, email, online advertising, search engines, and referral programs. ? Partner with internal stakeholders to define marketing program requirements that are in-line with overall customer marketing strategy. ? Define and track performance of campaign testing. ? Manage campaign budgets and forecasts. ? Grow internal mailing list. Marketing Analysis (25%): ? Provide regular campaign reports to internal stakeholders, including senior management. ? Provide recommendations and champion action derived from analysis. ? Perform ad-hoc analysis of marketing efforts using campaign results, demographic data, and additional sources. ? Use knowledge gained through analysis to provide insight on forecasting, budgeting and marketing direction ? Continually work to develop and/or improve efficiencies in internal marketing operations processes (10%) ? Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: ? 5+ years experience in direct marketing organization, preferably including email, paid search, search engine optimization and banner advertising ? Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred or equivalent year for year experience. ? Knowledge of the real estate industry ideal, but not required ? Possess strong understanding of the financial and numbers side of marketing ? Must have great creative energy ? Excellent written and oral communication skills ? Proven track record of meeting deadlines and deliverables ? Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES & REQUIREMENTS ? Regularly uses PC & phone equipment. ? Regularly communicates with all levels of employees and vendors and meets internally with key stakeholders on a regular basis.
